Leads can be best described as potential customers for your business. 

Once your Lead becomes an established Customer, you can simply copy your lead to an Estimate or a Job!

If you have a HomeAdvisor account, the leads you receive will automatically funnel in to your mHelpDesk account.

mHelpDesk automates contact with new leads, giving you a better chance to earn their business. Go to Settings > Other > Notifications in the Web version of mHelpDesk to set up emails and text messages that are sent to potential customers.
