It's always a good idea to confirm you've got the right photo before attaching it to an important document like a job or estimate. Now you can now easily preview photos before downloading them to add to an estimate or job. 

1. To preview photos, use the left navigation panel to find an estimate or a job that has photos attached in the Files section.

2. Scroll down to the files section and click the name of a photo file to preview it. 

That's all it takes--if you're happy with the file just click out of the preview. If not, delete the photo by clicking on the trash can icon all the way on the right of the screen.

NOTE: The preview currently only works for photo files. Other files will need to be downloaded in order to be viewed.
