Uploading Photos and Attaching Files to Estimates

This week we released some new features to our web app that we know you’ll love. Having a great, professional estimate or quote is the perfect way to prove to customers that you’re the best pro for the job. And your estimates through mHelpDesk just got better!

Now when you’re putting together an estimate in mHelpDesk, you can:

Upload Files to Estimates 

Previously you could only upload files to jobs. Now you can upload files to any estimate, like a "before" photo, contract terms or proposed design. Note: this new feature will be coming to our mobile app soon!

Attach Files to Outgoing Emails

Now you can attach any file you've uploaded to a job or estimate to an outgoing email. This means you're provide everything to a customer in one easy send! 

Preview Photos Quickly 

Now you can preview any photos from your job or estimate file list without having to download them first. This is helpful if you’ve taken a lot of photos or if someone else on the team wants to view your photos.

With this today's release, we've also made these enhancements:

Change a Service Location Quickly 

You'll now be able to quickly change a service location in a job by searching for it, instead of scrolling to find the location you want.

New Look for Our Activity Log

You'll notice a new look to our activity log (seen below). This is to improve the design and organization of your information. Note: You can still email and text from here. Just click on the Message drop-down to select “Email” or “Text.”
