To disable the Lead Booking feature in your mHelpDesk account
Login
Settings > Other > Add Ons > Lead Booking
Toggle green switch off
Then you will need to remove the booking link from Lead text messages and emails.
Settings > Other > Notifications
Find "New lead is received" under "Lead Booking Customer" notifications
Customize text message: Remove related text and the "_Lead.SchedulingLink_" keyword
Save
Customize email: Remove related text and the "_Lead.SchedulingLink_" keyword
