Your business is unique. With mHelpDesk's Dictionary, you can change many of the names of labels and fields in your account to match the language you use in your business every day. If you say "Tickets" instead of "Jobs" or "Clients" instead of "Customers", you can make that change!
Click on Settings > Dictionary (it's under Customize). Click Edit next to the label you would like to change. Once you've updated the singular and plural versions of your label, click Update to save your changes!
It's that easy! Now your mHelpDesk account can reflect your business language and terms, making it easier for your team to use.
