  1. Go to Settings

    • From your mHelpDesk dashboard, click the Settings icon on the top-right corner.

    • Select Payments from the menu.

  2. Add a Payment Processor

    • Click Add Payment Processor to view all available options.

  3. Choose Your Preferred Provider

    • Transaction Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
