Setup Staff Permissions

Set universal permissions for your staff users

Follow the instructions below to limit your staff to certain features of mHelpDesk

1. From the dashboard, click People > Staff in left navigation panel

2. Click on Gear symbol on the right side of your screen

3. Click Permissions

4. Check (or uncheck) the boxes to allow each desired staff permission

5. Click Save
