mHelpDesk is proud to offer mHelpDesk Payments to our customers. Our 2.49% + 30 cents per transaction rate is better than most you'll find on the market. Also, sign up and you can start collecting payments immediately.

This process will activate mHelpDesk Payments:

  1. Login to the mHelpDesk web application. Go Settings, then click Payment Processing under the General column.
  2. Click the box to the right of mHelpDesk Payments that says Enroll.  
  3. A confirmation screen will appear. Be sure your information in the fields is correct and click Sign Up.
  4. Our payment processing partner is WePay. You will receive an email from support@wepay.com with the subject, “You’re almost done! Complete your mHelpDesk Payments set up now”. Open this email and click Confirm.
  5. This brings you to a page where you need to input information about your business. This includes your EIN (Employer Identification Number), bank account information and how often you would like your funds to be transferred into your account. Note: It is very important that you complete this information--without it you will not be able to access the funds that you collect through mHelpDesk Payments.

You are now able to take credit card payments through mHelpDesk and get paid faster!
