Complete the Process:

  1. Our payment processing partner is WePay. You will receive an email from support@wepay.com with the subject, “You’re almost done! Complete your mHelpDesk Payments set up now”. Open this email and click Confirm.
  2. This brings you to a page where you need to input information about your business. This includes your EIN (Employer Identification Number), bank account information and how often you would like your funds to be transferred into your account. Note: It is very important that you complete this information--without it you will not be able to access the funds that you collect through mHelpDesk Payments.
