How do I add the new approval button to my estimate email?

We just recently released a new button for our estimate emails to allow customers to approve any estimate with the click of a button. We also created a new template to go along with the button, that looks like this:

To update your current estimate email to the template shown above, you may do the following:

     
  1. Sign into your mHelpDesk account (as an administrator)
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click on Templates
  4. Click on '5. Estimate Email Template'
  5. Click on 'More'
  6. Click on 'Reset'
  7. Save
To add the estimate approval button only, you may do the following:
     
  1. Sign into your mHelpDesk account (as an administrator)
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click on Templates
  4. Click on '5. Estimate Email Template'
  5. Select the  'Text' view
  6. Copy and paste this code: <a href="_Estimate.ApproveURL_" target="_blank"><img src="https://mhelpdesk.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/approve_estimate.png" width="250" alt="Approve Estimate" /></a>
  7. Save
OR copy and paste the button (below) into your template:

Approve Estimate

 To hyperlink text only, (ex: Approve this estimate) you may do the following:
     
  1. Sign into your mHelpDesk account (as an administrator)
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click on Templates
  4. Click on '5. Estimate Email Template'
  5. Select the 'Text' view
  6. Type in the name of your hyperlink (ex: Approve this estimate)
  7. Highlight your text
  8. Click on the hyperlink icon
  9. Type: _Estimate.ApproveURL_
  10. Save
