For example, if you'd like to automatically assign a member from your billing department to a work order whenever the status of a work order is changed to "Open: Ready for Billing"-- you can make an auto update rule to complete this action for you.
To create an auto update rule, follow the steps below:

4.Enter the rule criteria you would like to use, then give the rule a Name and click Save
