If you do not Receive a Confirmation Code for Email to Ticket

Gmail requires a second step from the Mhelpdesk team to verify that you are the owner of your account. This means that when you complete Step #2 in the email-to-mhelpdesk setup process, our Customer Happiness Team will forward you a confirmation code via email within the hour. If you do not receive the confirmation code email within 1 hour of clicking the "verify" button in Step #2, please email happy@mhelpdesk.com.
