Inventory Tracking

Turning on Inventory Tracking will allow you to track the amount of products you have remaining in your Mhelpdesk account.

When the amount of the product is low, it will notify your technicians with a "low inventory" warning and let you know that it is time to re-order.

To enable this feature, follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings, then click Add-Ons
2. Scroll down to Inventory Tracking and switch it ON
3. Click on Settings, then click Products & Services
4. Select each product and enter a On Hand number and a Reorder Point number under Inventory Information 
5. Click Save
