Attaching Files to an Email

Attach files when sending emails from mHelpDesk

A picture is worth a thousand words! When you send an email to a customer from mHelpDesk, you can attach files like photos for the customer to review. 

In this example we will be attaching a file to an Estimate we are sending to a customer.
From a Lead, Estimate, Job, or Invoice:

1. Select the lead, estimate, invoice, or job you'd like to send the email from

2. Select Email in the options above the customer information

3. Click Select File and choose the file you want to send to the customer. Any files that you have uploaded to your account will be available for you to attach.

4. Click Send

It's that easy! Adding files to estimates gives your customers the information they need and shows how professional your company is.
