Ready to save time tracking your team's hours? Want to cut down on unnecessary trips to the office just to clock in? Timesheets is a feature that allows staff to clock in and clock out on their mobile devices using the mHelpDesk mobile app.
Turn on Timesheets
Navigate to Settings > Other > Add Ons
Locate the Timesheets tile and toggle the feature ON (Screenshot A)
Turn on Clock in for Staff
Navigate to People > Staff and select a user
Locate the Clock in/out on mobile app checkbox and check the box for the staff member if you want them to clock in/out on the mobile app
Press Save
Turn off Clock in for Staff
Navigate to People > Staff and select a user
Locate the Clock in/out on mobile app checkbox and un-check the box for the staff member if you do not want them to clock in/out on the mobile app (Screenshot B).
Press Save
That's it! You're now ready to have your team track their time in mHelpDesk. You can view their time by going to People > Staff and clicking on the Timesheets tab on the top.
