2.) Enter your email address (Screenshot A)

3.) Have you forgotten your password?
Click “I forgot my password” (screenshot B)and follow the reset instructions.

Download the Mobile App

1.) Download the mHelpDesk mobile app

     ○ It’s available here  in the Apple App Store for iOS devices
     ○ It’s available here in the Google Play store for Android devices

2.) Enter your email address (screenshot C)

3.) Enter your password (or click “Forgot password”)
4.) Click “Sign In”

Scheduling a LEAD:

1.) Click here to log in.

2.) Click on “Leads” in the menu bar on the left (screenshot D)

3.) Click on “Test Lead 1”

4.) Click “Schedule” (screenshot E)

5.) Complete the details of the appointment, including: start date and time, end date and time, the staff member the appointment is for and if you’d like that staff member to receive an email alert reminder (screenshot F)

6.) Click Save (screenshot F)

3.) Click on “Test One”
4.) Click “Schedule” (screenshot H)

5.) Complete the details of the appointment, including: start date and time, end date and time, the staff member the appointment is for and if you’d like that staff to receive an email alert reminder (screenshot I)
