Schedule an Appointment

Keep track of your Leads and Jobs by creating an appointment for them.
Here are two quick videos showing you how to manage your schedule or follow the steps below:

  • From your computer with our  WEB application
  • From your smartphone or tablet with our MOBILE app

Schedule an Appointment from a LEAD

Scheduling a LEAD:

1)  Click on “Leads” in the menu bar on the left (screenshot D)

2) Click on “Test Lead 1”

3) Click “Schedule” (screenshot E)

4)  Complete the details of the appointment, including: start date and time, end date and time, the staff member the appointment is for and if you’d like that staff member to receive an email alert reminder (screenshot F)

5)  Click Save (screenshot F)

Schedule an Appointment from a JOB

1)  Click on “Jobs” in the menu bar on the left (screenshot G)

2)  Click on “Test One”
3)  Click “Schedule” (screenshot H)

4) Complete the details of the appointment, including: start date and time, end date and time, the staff member the appointment is for and if you’d like that staff to receive an email alert reminder (screenshot I)

6.) Click Save (Screenshot I)
