Did you know that you can send a copy of outgoing emails to any email address you like?
From an Estimate, Job, or Invoice, simply type the address you’d like to carbon copy in the CC field before you click Send!
If you want mHelpDesk to remember the email address you’ve entered, select the Remember checkbox before sending it. That way you don’t have to re-enter this address over and over again!
Please Note: Clicking Remember will copy this email address on all messages of that type drafted in mHelpDesk.
