Is one of your staff members locked out of their mHelpDesk account? No problem! Follow these easy steps to unlock their account:
- Login to the mHelpDesk web app as a Manager or Admin
- Click People > Staff from the navigation bar on the left side (Screenshot A)
- Click on the staff member that is locked out
- On the right side of the Edit Staff screen you will see Locked out? (Screenshot B)
- Click where it says Click here to unlock
- Click the blue Update button on the bottom of the screen
That's it! Your staff member will now be able to log back into their account.
