Staff Is Locked Out Of Account

Is one of your staff members locked out of their mHelpDesk account? No problem! Follow these easy steps to unlock their account:

  1. Login to the mHelpDesk web app as a Manager or Admin

  2. Click People > Staff from the navigation bar on the left side (Screenshot A)

  3. Click on the staff member that is locked out

  4. On the right side of the Edit Staff screen you will see Locked out? (Screenshot B)

  5. Click where it says Click here to unlock

  6. Click the blue Update button on the bottom of the screen

That's it! Your staff member will now be able to log back into their account.
