If you want to cut down on unnecessary trips to the office just to clock in, you can have your staff clock in and out on their mobile devices via the mHelpDesk mobile app. Before your staff can do this, you must enable Timesheets in mHelpDesk.  You can read about how to do this here

To clock in when you are not using the app:

  1. Launch the mHelpDesk mobile
  2. Answer Yes when prompted to clock in (Screenshot A)

To clock in from the Schedule page:

  1. Touch the green Timeclock icon at the top right of this page (Screenshot B)
  2. Answer Yes to the prompt "Would you like to clock in?" 

To clock in from other pages in the app:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page
  2. Touch the green Timeclock icon at the top right of this page
  3. Answer Yes to the prompt "Would you like to clock in?" 

To clock out from the Schedule page:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page
  2. Touch the red Timeclock icon at the top right of this page
  3. Answer Yes to the prompt "Would you like to clock out?"

To clock out from other pages in the app:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page
  2. Touch the green Timeclock icon at the top right of this page
  3. Answer Yes to the prompt "Would you like to clock out?"
