Need to update your customers quickly? No problem!

Let your customers know, in real time, when you are on your way to their job!

In the mHelpDesk mobile application, simply open an existing job ticket or lead, and select the "On the way" button (screenshot A).

Answer "Would you like to provide a time estimate?" (Screenshot B) based on your preference.

This will launch your phone's text message application (Screenshot C), which will look different depending on what type of device you're using. Press "Send."

That's it! You're on your way!
