What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security feature that requires you to verify your identity using a one-time verification code after entering your password.
Once enabled, you'll sign in using:
Your mHelpDesk email address and password.
A 6-digit verification code sent to your selected verification method.
This extra step helps keep your account and customer data secure.
Is 2FA Required?
No. 2FA is completely optional.
You can continue signing in with your email address and password just as you do today. However, we strongly recommend enabling 2FA to better protect your account and sensitive business information.
Available Verification Methods
When enabling 2FA, you can choose one of the following verification methods:
Email – Receive a 6-digit verification code in your email.
